His family’s racing legacy began with his grandfather Floyd Pop Dreyer, a former factory motorcycle racer and legendary mechanic for the 1927 Indianapolis 500-winning Duesenberg driven by Benny Shoaff and Babe Stapp. Inspired by this heritage, Dennis founded Dreyer & Reinbold Racing in 1999, honoring his family’s storied past.
